Candidate Frequently Asked Questions

IIRecruting is a Candidate Tracking System used by member companies in their recruitment processes.
Companies integrate candidate information previously obtained from career sites and evaluate these candidates for new position needs.
Since our site does not contain the usual job postings and candidate listing logic, recruitment processes are carried out completely confidentially.
Candidates suitable for the positions opened by companies are evaluated by the system.
Preliminary meetings with companies are handled automatically.

It means that the company wants to evaluate you for the position it will open in a short time.
It means that your CV information has been added to the IIRecruting Candidate Tracking System within the scope of KVKK to be evaluated in the recruitment processes by the company in the e-mail sent to you.

If you are a registered member of the IIRecruting system: After logging in, you can delete all your records by selecting the settings in your profile in the upper right corner and pressing the button that appears.

If you have not registered yet, you can start the process of deleting your information uploaded by companies by notifying us at the e-mail address where you are a member with the subject “Membership Information and Deletion of Personal Data”hakan.koksal@iirecrut.com” All your data will be deleted within a maximum of 24 hours.

When your meeting appointment time comes, you need to refresh the “My Works in Process” page.
Your meeting room button will be active on the renewed page.

Company Frequently Asked Questions

It means directing the question to the authorized candidate.

Test for All Candidates – It will be automatically applied to all candidates from the first moment.
Test for the Selected Candidate – It will be applied by the company representative to the candidates deemed necessary during the process.
The minimum requirement is a criterion that ensures that candidates are automatically eliminated from the process based on their success rate as a result of the test.
For tests that are not intended for elimination purposes but only for level determination, this ratio of 1 is sufficient.

You need to define the officials who will interview the candidates for the position and the criteria they will question.
You can select the authorized person to conduct the interview among the persons whose interview authority is defined in the position’s DEPARTMENT in the Authority sharing.
You must enter separate criteria to be queried for each interviewee you define.

It is the list of points that are expected to be revealed and confirmed in the reference checks to be carried out for suitable candidates.
This list is shown to the authorities who will perform reference checks.

This is the position detail definition that will be used in automatic matching of suitable candidates.

Other position features will be shown to the candidate so that he can evaluate the position correctly.

It is the definition of the criteria deemed necessary for the position to be used in automatic matching of suitable candidates.
This information will NOT be shown to the candidates and will only be used by the system in candidate matching.
Give 4-5 degrees of importance to the criteria that you believe are absolutely necessary for the position.
The success of Correct Candidate matching is proportional to filling out these definitions completely and with correct levels of importance.

It is the list of documents you want from the candidate you will hire, once the offer has been agreed upon.
Documents completely uploaded by the candidate can be downloaded by the company.

The position is closed for any reason before the recruitment process is completed through the system.
The process closes with all candidates in the process being rejected.
Information e-mail is sent to the candidates by the system on behalf of the company.
The position is listed in completed positions.

It is the request of the candidate to complete one of the tests defined as “Test for the Selected Candidate” in the Steps and scenarios for the position.
If the candidate falls below the Defined Minimum requirement, he/she will be automatically eliminated from the process.
An information e-mail is sent to the candidate by the system on behalf of the company.
Until the candidate completes the test, they will be listed under “Pending Candidates”, once they complete the test above the minimum requirement, they will be listed under “Pending Candidates”.

Accordion Contenta is to inform the interviewer defined in the Steps and scenarios for the position to suggest an interview date to the candidate.
The relevant interviewee will be informed by e-mail.

The interviewer suggests the interview date and time to the candidate.
A time information e-mail is sent to the candidate by the system on behalf of the company.
When the time is confirmed by the candidate, the system notifies the interviewer via e-mail.
Interviewer can add this interview to google calendar

When your interview appointment time arrives, you need to refresh the “Interview Requests” page.
After the renewal process, you can open the meeting room.
The relevant candidate will be able to attend the interview after you open the room.
